1. Shipping Methods All Vanguart timepieces are shipped via specialized, fully insured high-value courier services (e.g., FedEx Priority or DHL Express). A signature by an adult (18+) is strictly required upon delivery.

2. Delivery Times

• In-stock items: 3-5 business days within the UK.

• Bespoke/Pre-order items: Lead times vary between 4 to 12 weeks. Our concierge team will provide specific updates.

3. Duties and Taxes (UK) For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, VAT is included at the prevailing rate. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes.

4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
